My playlist is just a compilation of songs to hype you up in the gym. It's all about getting your confidence up and lifting heavy weights one song at a time.
I would say it's more of a pop-rap genre that consists of mostly Drake or J Cole🤙🏼
My favorite songs would be "HUMBLE" by Kendrick Lamar and "I'm Upset" by Drake. "HUMBLE" because the beat is just 🔥and I love how Kendrick Lamar talks about humility. It's all realness. I like how "I'm Upset" by Drake has a story behind it.
I don't just go to the gym to exercise, look good, or to keep healthy. One of the main reasons I hit the gym is because it's therapeutic for me. It's my safe haven after an upsetting day. When I'm upset and I need to let some steam off, I listen to these songs. They help me let some steam off and hype me up before my lifts.
